Manage Your BOC Account

Whether you are applying for a certification examination, managing your Credential Maintenance Program (CMP), or seeking assistance for any reason, the BOC is here to help.

Update Your Email Address and Account Password

1. On the My Profile card, select Edit My Profile.
2. Input and confirm your new information before clicking Save.

Update Your Name

1. On the BOC Activities card, select Name Change under BOC Products and Services to update your information.
2. Fill out the online form and submit any necessary documentation.

Check the Status of an Exam Application

1. On the BOC Activities card, click Completed BOC Exam Applications to check on your Exam Application Status.
2. Click Show Details under Status for the specific exam application.
3. View status and take action as noted if necessary.

Tips:

• Applications need to be submitted online, and payment received, within 90 days from the date you started the application. Applications are not considered complete until payment has been received and processed.
• Check payments need to be mailed, with the invoice, to the address indicated on the invoice within 90 days of starting the application.

Confirm Your Credential Status

You can find your valid certification dates and certification number through your ASCP dashboard.

1. Under My BOC Activities, click the Home Page link.
2. Select View Certifications to review current certification information.

Place a Verification of Certification Order

1. Under BOC Products and Services, click Verification of Certification.
2. Next, select Start a new search.
3. Complete the online order form.
   1. Click Add to Cart for multiple orders.
   2. Check Third 3rd Party Verification Requests if you would like to submit verification results to a 3rd party.
      1. Provide any supplementary information to ensure your order is processed correctly.
